Order Process

Orders made before 2 PM will be processed the same day and will be booked for delivery/shipping the next day. 

 

Shipping

We do not offer FREE SHIPPING FEE. All shipping fess shall be paid upon delivery. As we have a wide range of products with different dimensions, we have removed the estimated shipping fee at the end of the checkout process as we sometimes cover for the underestimated shipping fee. So kindly disregard the 'FREE' shipping fee upon check out. You will see that in the Shipping section, the option is COD Shipping Fee to be paid upon delivery. The amount is 0 as we do not have an estimate yet.

For Metro Manila address, we ship thru our company rider. Kindly pay them based on the fees below:

For provincial address, we will ship your order thru GoGo Express. Kindly check GOGO Express rates from this link

If your area is not covered by GOGO Express, we will ship your orders thru LBC instead. We shall inform you beforehand of the shipping fees but you may check LBC website for an estimate.

Provincial - 4-10 working days

 

Modes of Payment

We accept payment through the following:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • BDO Bank Deposit
  • BPI Bank Deposit
  • GCash/Paymaya/Xpay
  • Credit Card (Mastercard and Visa)

If payment is through BANK DEPOSIT and GCASH/PAYMAYA/XPAY, please check our account details after you have clicked the COMPLETE ORDER button. If you failed to see it, please send us an email at angkopsabata@gmail.com.

 

Returns/Refund for Damaged or Lost Item

After we have shipped the items to a third party service provider which is the courier, we cannot be held liable for any damages that will be made on the item. We will do everything to make the items safe and secure by putting bubble wrap, enclosing it in boxes, if applicable, and writing a FRAGILE note. The courier,  shall be held liable for any damages or loss and we can only avail of their insurance/item protection fee so they can compensate for whatever damages or loss that may happen.

We will only accept returns/refund for damaged item if you reported it within 24 hours upon receipt of the item. We will also require a copy of the proof of delivery receipt as well as the photo of the damaged item. Refund will be sent to your bank account/Gcash number  after we have claimed the insured amount from the courier which will take 20-30 days.
